Oh geez, it's been so long since I've lifted weights seriously (several years) that I don't even know what I'm at. I remember that I could bench 235 and squat 365 back when I weighed 205, though. Since I've stayed active, I expect my results remain comparable, but I can't say for sure.

Motivation to get back in the gym, eh?

I'm a distance runner, with 2 marathons on my belt. Working on a 3rd, though a bit hurt this time around. Add on some half-marathons and other shorter distances.

I've done some weights m'self a few years ago. Worked my way from barely benching 65 lbs. (LOL) and brought myself up to benching 155. Of course, since then, I allowed my running to dominate my workout routine. At least, my minimum is at 95 on any given day now.

Oh wow, there are posts?
This is a pleasant surprise.
I didn't include my running times because my cardiovascular condition sucks and I find running boring.
No offense to the long distance runners btw
@Cream lolno, misc is filled with uncouth savages and archtypical guidos.

Body Weight: 132 (this fluctuates since I don't have a stable diet and I am a college student so stress, thinking so much eatting so much or skipping meals can really change 5 to 7 pounds easily; This is one of my lowest weight, but I look extremely thin still)
Height: 5' 7 1/2''

I'm really out of shape right now, but I started last week.
20 reps---15 lbs each arm (twice) 20 reps---20lbs each arm (twice)

cardio--- 1 mile (12+ minutes) Goal is just complete one mile not going for time.

I use to run cross-country and track in highschool. I can post my best times if anybody is interested.

Wow you're physique is very close to mine. Except I can't sprint at all while having very high endurance. My back, forearm and neck are my weak areas.

@GundamFan0083
LOL x2 body weight bench. That's amazing XD.

Thank you.
Your squat best and deadlift are awesome BTW.
Wish I was able to do that at your age.

My Best bench press consisted of a 45 pound Olympic bar, four 45 lb plates, four 35 lb plates, two 10 lb plates, and two 5 lb plates.

I did one set of 3 of those after building up (pyramid style) for seven sets prior.
I could never bench that "cold" and would need at least three heavy warm up sets to do it again.

Although compared to professionals I'm a wuss.
Ryan Kennelly is the "God" of the Bench Press.

The man's a beast.

best bench: 235 (I don't bench press very often it messes with my shoulder)
best squat: Around 400lbs (this was back when I played high school football, ice hockey, and skied every day in the winter)

I'm a bit out of shape right now. I don't workout like I used to. Back when I way playing hockey and foot ball I was working out constantly but now with work I am getting lazy.

Right here. Been a weight lifter for over a year now, and I've enjoyed the self-improvement. I'm no where near as strong as some people on here I'm sure, only 16 inch arms and all. lulz

My poor ego is going to be trampled on before this thread is over.~

Lol that made me think of how my guardian took me to see a nutritionist a long time ago to help me with my underweight problem and the nutritionist looked like a twig and was even thinner than me.

My gaming notebook I take to work is 10lbs.

Does that count?

I am also adept at lifting ballpens and binders, as well as coffee cups.
