help with muxing

I’ve been trying to use mkv2vob to mux files, but for some reason it will not allow me to mux files that have subtitles without going through the transcoding process which sucks because the whole point of me using the program was so that I could copy my anime to my ps3. Is there any way that I could add permanent subs to the files “MKV” or mux them along with the subtitles using another program? I have also tried tsMuxer without any luck

What I’ve tried

MKV2VOB: that it takes forever and the files are ridiculously huge... Ep 11 of Eden took 1.2 gigs alone

When trying to remux as MP4 simply using MeGUI it always freezes then I get an error stating that the .avs could not be opened and that there was a timeout waiting for the graph to start.

Tried using dsrt to convert sub from .ass to .srt then using Megui’s MP4 muxer to mux files but I still do not get subs in the end

Also tried to demux using MKVExtract GUI then remixing as an MP4… doesn’t work

On top of that I’ve tried many other programs that were recommended through other forums but nothing has worked so far.
