I already beat the game, and I've got a question:
Is there an episode(s) where Mayumi shown feelings towards itsuki?
If yes, which ones?

i think OnTheStage!, and i know Essence talks a bit about it in her routes in those two games

There are no episodes with any romance between Mayumi and Itsuki. As far as the games go, On the Stage and Essence+ do have routes involving Mayumi. However...

However... Spoiler for Regarding Mayumi and Itsuki's relationship: ...as far as the canon of the games goes there is no romance between her and Itsuki. They're childhood friends, but that's all there is to their relationship. Itsuki even admits openly to Rin that he's never seen Mayumi as anything more than a friend.
