Regarding touma's memo on misaki
Didnt that got fixed after he was revive after turning into a mush in the prev volume?

There are some signs that Aleister's Stigmata infused blood caused some miracle with the Misaki situation. Their interaction at the end of NT22 Chapter 3 alluded to it when you think about it. And now this.

I've read the entire previous volume and i never came across this piece of information.

He doesn't remember Misaki, at best all he can do since Aleister brought him back is not forget Misaki exists. And like Kuroageha said, if Touma remembers her, then that isn't our Touma.

When Touma is nearly killed by Coronzon, Aleister uses his Stigmata infused blood from his use of the Bible to heal him. Touma doesn't remember Misaki, I didn't say that, but I feel like if he does start to remember her, that could be an explanation.
However, as we've seen in these past couple volumes (I highlighted a particular scene) Touma can acknowledge Misaki in the moment. He just won't remember her after the event. So perhaps he mentions her by name and then quickly forgets it soon after.

Like I have said before, another Touma (most probably pre memory wipe Touma) could appear and is the one controlling the dragons or it could be another entity that is also called Kamijou Touma (probably the fake from world beta).

Either way, post memory wipe Touma (imo) is the best Touma, so I already know which side I would take.

^I know, but that kind of reveal worked for Tsubasa Chronicles because that was the intent all along. In my opinion it would not work for Raildex because we have already gone through NT9 and if the same kind of twist happened it would invalidate what this Touma went through in that volume. That is why I mention the idea of the duality.

In another post I also mentioned the idea of having two Touma's running around while we try to figure out which is which and the possibility of each of them trying to convince the others that they are the real Touma.
