Sugar is likely going through Apotheosis. It's the final step toward Godhood. The end of his "Mortal" life.

Also lets not forget Satou has the Unique Skill "Indestructible" that has not activated yet. According to the wiki it's Kanji is Immortal/Undying I imagine we're about to see it.

Just like other mc that have dragon and spider as subordinate... He end up treating the girls that feel for him if not as family then as best friend.......

Demon God is in poor condition as well due to the contamination of the Miasma. While Satou's powers and abilities are suppressed and sealed, they don't seem to be truly gone as his body remembers how. Still he's got to figure out how to unlock what the Dragon God gave him, as if there's ever going to be a time he needs it, it'll be now.
