in terms of physics it seems inexplainable. Depeding on what you prefer she protected her by the power of love, nakama or her ample cleavage cushioning away the blast. Multiple choice is possible.

Is Ultear serious? The greatest dark mage is already pissed off at you, and now, you want him to fully awaken with full powers, which could probably kill you in an instance?

From the anime standpoint, it looks like Mirajane redirected the magic off the plants and shot it to the nearby tree to explode. She then used her well cushioned anterior to prevent any damage to Lisanna.

So Wendy will need to heal Natsu's scarf in order for him to recover. What a strange magical scarf?

As for Loki, I wonder if he will resort to using Lucy's magic in order to have his full powers to fight Capricorn?

Lol i was thinking along the same lines. But if they do awaken him I think his entire personality will change.

And yes in the anime it showed the explosion or magic of it being redirected behind Mirajane falling to the ground and exploding. Her back too all the damage as her well endowed front body protected her sister.

As for natsu's scarf its magical. He stated he got it from Igneel and gramps told us just this ep that it helps natsu recover. Thing im wondering about is when will natsu go scale like again. It seems hes at his strongest when scales appear.

Loki should be able to stand up to capricorn if he goes all out. Since they are both... you know =).

I actually think they changed it so they can actually explain how the hell Mirajane defended her sister from an explosion. In the manga, we're left to assume that the bomb merely explodes...so how would hugging Lisanna help? Wouldn't it blow them both up? So they changed it so that the bomb would let out a burst of light that appears in front of Lisanna, thus placing Mirajane in between her sister and the explosion and acting as a far more effective human shield. Whether or not Mirajane actually knew this would happen, however, is beyond me.

It was very quick, so it was difficult to see, but watch the explosion again. Right before it went off, there was a green glow around Lisanna, that suddenly hopped over Mirajane and exploded, so Mirajane was using her body to shield Lisanna from the blast. I think Mirajane used her magic to shift the point of explosion slightly.

Edit: The anime, at least, makes it a bit more clear about what went on. At least, that's the explanation on the situation that I'm sticking with for now.

Oh man hope Mira isn't down for the count. Like how she redirected the explosion into her. So does Lisanna not know that Mira couldn't use her powers while she was assumed dead?

Lol Natsu tells Makarov to fight then collapses. Interesting how the scarf is preventing him form recovering.

Lol Elfman and Evergreen have no shot at winning. THey keep arguing with each other. Like how Rustyrose thought it was love between them.

Ww did Ultear just take him Zeref down? I know he's not in his true form, but still. Ultear does have some interesting magic. Wonder what the key is to waking him up.

Well tbh it looked as if Ultear just barely managed to contain his deathwave with the timearc. WOnder how that worked? His Wave ages things to death and she rewound it? noclue. Her spandex suckz, but still, her facial expressions were a spledour to behold. If he ain't waking from that, then maybe he be sleepwalking for all eternity?

Evergreen and Elfman don't seem to live up to the S-class wizards, I mean sure Rustyrose is strong, but they could learn a thing or two when it comes to teamwork.

Like how Mest was standing up for FT against the other council member. So they did get etherion working again?

Nice to see Loke get serious even though he had a different motive for his 1 on 1 match. Like how Caprico turned it around the contract thing and he as a spirit summons humans. Wow Lucy's mom had a contract with Caprico!

Lol how Natsu thought he smelt Zalty but it was just Ultear clinging to Zeref.
