I swear there is going to be suicide cases from this game, one obsessed gamer kills off his favourite squadmate from his decisions and becomes so wracked with guilt they lose the will to live.

Bad news then, Bioware already confirmed long ago that -should you play your cards wrong- everyone can die.

So best try not to screw up. :3

That trailer is totally epic. I must have watched it over 10 times.

In fact, Bioware also speculates that the first time a player plays through the suicide mission, it will be a total bloodbath.

Not me. For me everyone is going to live. No matter how many times I have to try.

I only care if my shep survives, I'm sure there will be more playmates around the 3rd time.

If possible for my first time with NO GUIDES OR WALKTHROUGHS!! I'm gonna make it so my Shepard and my love interest to be the lone survivors of the party.

Mass Effect 2, if you cant decide what you want for lunch you cannot play this game, because of my Shepard's background probably everyone except 1 or 2 squadmates just like what happened back on Torfan.

I can still see them screaming...shot down one by one by the batarians....

I wish when you picked a background they showed you a flashback

Does anyone know if this will SPECIFICALLY not run on a NVIDIA 7300GT card?

The official system requirements for Mass Effect 2 lists it supports NVIDIA cards beyond the 6800 series, however is specifically states that the 7300 is below system requirements. I have a junky 7300GT card right now and while checking for driver updates, the latest drivers for January 2010 (196.21) mentions compatibility for Mass Effect 2 for the 7300 series. Thing is I rather can't afford a new card right now so I need to decide whether to buy it for the 360 (I don't have ME save files here) or if for the PC which I originally played the first and have transferrable saves. I would prefer to play it on my PC but of course I'll have to settle for the 360 version if it can't run it.

The 7300 is a pretty shitty card. I'm pretty sure the 6800 is a more powerful card than the 7300.

If you can even scrounge up $100 or so,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-162-_-Product

Is a pretty good card that should run ME2 pretty well.

$100 is money I don't have right now. Right now I prefer to at least be able to run the game at playable frame rates even at medium to low settings rather than being told outright that the game does not support my graphics card, which is why I'm trying to find out if this shitty card of mine will at least be compatible with ME2 to some extent.

Hmm, I think you're better off with the 360 version then. Can you use other people's save files for the 360 version? What settings and resolution did you use for ME and what fps did you get? If you use roughly the same settings, I think you should expect maybe a 30% decrease in fps (just pulling numbers out of the air, but it should be around there).
