Ishibumi tweet around an hour ago, he just return from hospital. Really hoping his health improves. DxD & SD will have to wait. As a fan of his work, i want him to stay healthy.

I thought the cover of Slash Dog 4 was already teased or leaked out? I believe it was Sae & Ophis. If that's really the case, we might get a release in the first quarter of 2022.

Yeah it was and yeah it's Sae and Ophis. Obviously the cover was shown for the SLASHDOG fans who've been waiting for more than 3 years, as they've been without content longer than DxD fans.

Well Ishibumi is still recovering, i don't expect any full volume LN so soon. Maybe a few short stories at best.

One of the short stories (an old one) is Red-Haired Camel ☆ Princess: the one where Rias tried to overcome her fear of camels and Issei got transformed into a camel by Rossweisse to help her. I know this from reading the synopsis for DX.7 on the Kadokawa store website.
