I got that. They've been saying that about all the voices in this series, and some have declared it ruined 4EVER the instant they heard Youko speak. I just figured I might as well give them a chance to elaborate on why this case is so horrible in their eyes.

They followed the manga this time, so there is nothing for me to complain about. The voice of Youko's father is not really a problem, it would have been better if they chose someone older for a 3/4 meter tall vampire (Something scary) but it's not like we are going to see him a lot after this unless they adapt some later chapters.

Next episode with the childhood friend is going to be good too

I wonder when Akane is going to appear again and how. Since they kinda failed her introduction with the previous, they are probably going to change this part.

I don't think it has anything to do with Rikiya Koyama, people have just expected something else and they are not happy about it. Usually, they get used to it but since the adapation is not good enough, they (me too) will always try to find something to complain about. Rikiya is a solid choice for the comedic moments but i expected someone older for Genjiro.

Well I wasn't one off the peope who said Youko's voice ruined it, but I do indeed think its not fitting.
As for what her father should sound like... Well not like someone in their early thirties (although its age wise not too far from the truth).
Looks and voice pitch are just a really bad fit here. - Similar to Youko's case but not as bad.

The voice itself isn't that bad - it should be deeper though and sounds too young.

Amusing episode but I have to say that Nagisa reacted more than I had expected. Doesn't surprise me that Shiho would transfer to Kuromine's class the next day too lol. His school life is about to get even more chaotic!

Is it wrong that I love both the manga and the anime? True, some of the voices weren't how I pictured them, but then again, who's is? I do notice the way things have been rearranged and I think it's been handled well so far. I don't expect this series to have multiple seasons to cover all the material anyway.

As for the latest episode, Shiho was looking good. Nagisa's reactions were priceless.

As for Youko's father, not every older person has a deep voice. I know we're projecting our Yakuza stereotypes on him, but there are plenty of big, strong people who don't have voices that match. Just look at Mike Tyson.

Anyway, Asashi kind of set himself up for the mess in the latter part of the episode. Immediately after being told that she's a pervert, the VERY first thing he asks is "are you really a girl?" I was slightly surprised the response wasn't "let me undress and show you" or something like that.
