This I agree. But I suspect, with Fate involved, the potrayal of Precia may not be 100% factual nor objective. To look at it as a person set in their world, there's always the possibility of Fate tampering with her accounts to give the audience a better impression of her mother, since a woman that has never shown even one bit of affection/compassion to an idol of theirs (and furthermore tortures her at any available chance) will be someone subject to much animosity (to say the least). Which, I dare say, is what Fate would want to avoid.

See, it's stuff like this why I don't like the idea of this being a movie made in the canon timeline. This type of thinking makes it far more complicated than it needs to be. Next thing you know we'll have people going "Ha! Yuuno has almost no role in the movie because Nanoha and Fate hate him so they told the film makers to reduce his screen time!"

It's just... bleh, I don't like it. I suppose it's because it would mean that Nanoha went "Yeah, I was actually this emo when I was nine years old." And then there's the issue of scenes that Nanoha and Fate weren't in, so they'd have no idea what transpired. I.e., the scenes of Precia and Linith we see in the manga. Oh sure, it could just be 'fictional' embellishment, yet it matches up almost exactly with the canon events as shown in the sound stages. Being exactly true to events no one living has witnessed is far beyond explaining by sheer coincidence.

Also, there's questions about the new device designs and what not, where Nanoha and Fate would go "Hey, those aren't the devices we had back then!" Where as the proper, real life explaination is "Seven Arcs changed them to make them look cooler."

I don't know if I'm the only one really curious about this but is there any theory as to way the divider weapons have numbers on them?

Like Touma's has 996 and the new evil looking guy has 928...serial or model numbers perhaps?

One should bear in mind that the movie being made in the canon timeline is not the same as the movie we're getting to watch. For one thing, it appears to be a live-action movie as opposed to an animated one. It's like the Macross DYRL movie is different from the in-universe one.

The divider weapons have serial numbers? I never saw any numbers on Touma's bracelet or Lily's bracelet.... unless maybe it's a tattoo somewhere that we haven't seen yet.

The numbers are found on their (Touma and Veyron) guns' blades.

Strosek Design is a German car company that have made the Porsche 928 and 996 models. Or something.
