finally i got a hold of kirameku namida wa hoshi ni on mp3!
its only tv size but o wellz...

in my opinion the 2nd op is much better than the 1st, the 1st was a bit slow and bleak but kirameku namida wa hoshi ni is more fast paced and sounds better and definitely fits the role of being the op better.

Is this the right thread to discuss game/ataraxia/doujin music?

Because I just got my hands on CROW'S CLAW HR/HM arranges, and they rock. Does anybody know of any other doujin arranges of Fate/stay night songs?

By the way, how many versions of "EMIYA" do you know? I've found six so far, four official and two doujin:

- EMIYA from the game OST
- EMIYA#0 from the Fate/another score remixes
- EMIYA#2 from the Fate/hollow ataraxia OST
- The anime version (it sounds when Archer uses UBW in ep. 14 and Shirou traces Caliburn in ep. 16 in the anime... hopefully will be in the anime OST, according to CDJapan's description ("Also includes Kawai renditions of popular songs from the hit PC game").
- EMIYA from 17 bunkatsu (arranged by CROW'S CLAW)
- Broken Phantasm from Broken Phantasm (arranged by CROW'S CLAW)

I'm a fan of that song, for me it's the quintessential "cool" F/sn theme. Do you know any other versions?

All you're missing is the version by WAVE. While you're at it, you're best of just getting a hold of the album - it'll be a lil' tircky to find now, but its worth it. ^^

Tricky is a bit of an understatement considering I think it was a comiket item >.>

I really like the full version of the second OP, the flow seems nice enough and isn't jarring like a lot of OP full versions (ie where it goes from the TV-size version to the new stuff). It's not as smoothly done as disillusion, but it's a whole lot better than most. If you like the TV-size, you'll probably like this

It's very rare to find the second songs in the singles as the good ones.
This "Kirameku Namida wa Hoshi ni" single is just a rare case.

This may be just preference, but I found the TV size version for both disillusion and the ending to be much better at the end note. But then again, the full versions add alot more and to me, change it enough that it isn't the same song once you add the second half.

Ironically enough, I can't find anything for the TV sized versions, only full. It'd be nice to have all of them.

it has only just aired, so no nothing has been said about the song that appeared at the end.

It might end up like the song used for Archer's ending, and never given its own single.

Hope and pray that Hikari receives a spot on the OST. I know I am. Perhaps this new ED (which is unnamed so far, yes?) will be likewise.

OST tracklist is now known. Here's my sucky translation of track titles, as seen in Amazon.

Spoiler for track titles for OST:

No special ending themes. And no "Anata ga ita mori" TV size. I'm pissed off. GRRR.

Although I didn't expect such a long album! It sure delivers a lot, with a whooping 32 tracks.

Those who actually know Japanese, feel free to correct my romanizations/translations

You've pretty much got it right, and i'm seeing each track to last between 2 - 3 minutes.
