in my opinion if you say the winner among them is houki then it is not truly correct.

first of all both tatenashi and kanzashi not included so we can not sure of the winner.

also because the source of technology come from tabane then surely the technology was set to not harm the creator, with houki as the sister's creator then the influence will not max.
