Do all the girls in the anime like him?

So far in the anime, I only feel like the ghost girl, the senpai, and his childhood friend like him. Yuraika does seem to really show anything, nor does the underground girl, the alien might be a tsundere, but I honestly feel the maid likes him more than she does.

Also is the senpai the girl who was the magical girl and got injured or is the person yurika is talking about someone new we haven't seen yet?

afaik as of the anime only ruth and sanae? and when you mean chf...are you referring to shizuka?coz she aint a chf

Dude, this has all been explained in the previous pages. It doesn't take that long to look at the previous twelve pages - I would know, since I just did it. But in answer to your questions, yes, they all like him, and no, the senpai is not related to the magic girl.

Yurika doesn't realize that she likes him until much much much later (between Vol.11~12).
Kiriha already has someone who she likes, a person that she met when she was still a child.

Spoiler for Yurika:

The person Yurika was talking about wasn't Harumi. It was someone else who might get mentioned in a few more episodes.

Mmm, I'd say go back a couple of pages and read the spoilers. Although I won't say much more.

Or you can wait for it to be animated, I'm assuming that they would animate that arc anyways seeing as one of the arcs was foreshadowed I'd assume they'd do both arcs.

I don't see how he can still think she's a normal girl otherwise.

Yup, that's Sanae.
In Vol.11 she reunited with her physical self with some help (if she didn't she'd completely vanish and kill Koutarou in the process). Near the end of the volume she was able to split her spirit form from her body and return at will.

In Vol.14 she figured out how to split while keeping her physical self (who we now dub as 'Sanae-san') conscious by keeping her spirit form linked to Sanae-san with a visible... er... thing? Anyway you can think of it as a comedic form of split personality.
