Plot:
Adapted from the doujinshi series of the same name, The Sister of the Woods with a Thousand Young is a heart-warming story of how a neglected orphan, Yuu, has been blessed with the offering of a wish by a demon, and he simply asks her to become his older sister.

Basically the plot of a young orphan boy disliked by his other family members, makes a wish with Shub-Niggurath to make her his older sister. Cue some cuteness and eroticism.
Also, this manga was originally a two part Hentai doujin(Yes, really! ) before getting a non-H serialization.

So far, 3 chapters are out and i like it.

that the H version is a sequel of sorts? But the first chapter of the h version clealy shows that Yuu decides to end the contract just then. Either the manga somehow ends around that part despite of the tragedy undertones it's giving or it could be an alternate universe kind of thing where both are considered canon somehow.

It's totally gotta be the former. The sexual tension between them (and Chiyo's thirst) is so thick, you could cut it with a knife.

Joking aside, it's quite probable that Pochi is actually trolling us with the tragedy vibes. Maybe we'll get in the future the piece of detail that Chiyo's wishes come with a price, which Yuu automatically assumes is his life, and this version will end where the other one started.

On the other hand, Yuu's narration does imply turbulent happenings later on.

In the H version, Yuu only misunderstood and thought that the contract ended when she took his virginity. She said that was wrong and there was no way things would end that easily.
