The hell was that...?

All that talk from Gildarts about fear and knowing when to give up, with the past scenes made me believe Natsu is gonna scream while pressing the retreat button, but no, they did the completely opposite.'' It's alright to be afraid so you need to charge head on!!!'' they say? After the cocky speech we were presented by a friendship attack! Fuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!

Pretty good chapter I thought, yea the speech was great altho pretty cheesy but thats FT for ya!

Nice seeing Lily get a cool sword, another nice little nod to Rave.

Anyone else guessing the thing in the engine is now a heart?
Seemed kinda obvious now lol.

Hades and his army of darkness from the deep abyss of hell looked badass. Natsu's nakama attack however... was again.... ridiculously over used once again. OmG...Mashima trolled us again.

Methinks the big explosion was because of whatever the cats were doing, not Natsu. I mean, how would a magic-less Natsu manage to do that with a simple headbut?

maybe the big bang was just mavis farting. I predicted that to be the third FT magic, and seems it might not be that far of ..

Well, Hades snapped out of his calm demeanor, so in anime ruling, that means the villain will be defeated soon, maybe next week. Also, look at the bright side guys, at least he won't use Dragon Force, or ANY kind of magic for that matter to finish the job. Just a good ol fashion headbutt/punch. It's like the second Gurren Lagann movie final battle, you know, the one with the Yoko/Nia drill nipples. The last fight for the universe, no Gunmen, just a good ol fashioned fist fight^^. Also, do you guys REALLY wanna see ALL of Hades arsenal? With that book-like introduction he just made? I already started school, I don't need more homework on chapter 12 volume 4 section 72 of whatever dark buttpull magic from the past I learned series thank you very much-v-.

well, if he were to use more of that shit, Zeref might get angry and steal Hades' bookmarks, that probably would be a fun scene (*yo, douche, you're readin my beautiful book upside down...smh... gimme that back, you're too lame to use that grandpa!)

Don't know what to tell you, some kids on other forums are loving this kind of thing, though. And while there are still those who find crap like this badass, shonen anime will never change...

First it was Erza's fight, then Gray won easily, then Laxus made insignificant appearance and now this. So many troll moves in this arc.

It's a little late to run away at this point. In their current state, the demons would chase them down and eat them. Might as well go out with style.

I thought it was a nice rousing speech. Hit the right themes, and gave the group the morale boost they needed right then. As a climax I felt it worked better than the last couple of arc climaxes.

Edit: Oh yeah, and remember, we still haven't seen Natsu crying from Charle's vision yet. If you really want to see bad things happen, there's still time.
