And if they had those kind of codes you would think that most fights would come down to who had the best spies not the best Objects.
She helped with maintenance only as far as what a pilot is expected. "How does the control feels", "Are the electronics responding correctly" etc. And not hows my seat installation. Funny enough we see Milinda alluding to this back in the previous episode when she called in maintenance to install her new chair.

The main point though is that it shatters the trust she had in her comrades.

Not when the AI program in charge has locked up all function but the Object itself is still technically functioning.

Probably that the whole situation was very ironic.

P.S - Oh yeah, I should mention that I like that he wrote it all in English, and there's no subtitle for that in Japanese!

so if Qwenthur exists in the Gundam 00 universe, he might easily hijack Celestial Being's Gundams by tricking Veda?

seriously is Ohoho trying to pull a Macross with her battle signing gimmick, i think we understand how Qwent feels if you buy a game but you have to DLC the extra content, which is the G-Cups......

Great episode. It's funny that this series is not even near as popular as Index and I'm enjoying it a lot more that watching Touma's misfortune

Nooo.... Give back my G-cup! Totally understand Qwenthur here, I also would start crying after something like this... It shame he did't captured Ohoho - her fights with Hime over him in base would be just hilarious.

K.I.A. just moment after reaching base. He may be most dangerous soldier but jealous girls can be real monsters :P

I also feel sorry for her baby sitter. She seemed to really care for her like one would for a child or little sister, only to have that happen?

She just said all the wrong things while trying to comfort Ohoho. Of course, without having heard the lies Qwenthur used to plant those doubts and suspicions in Ohoho's mind, there's no way she could have known better.

That was the best part, the fact that it wasn't a crowd but rather Qwenther's screams of agony during the whole thing.

My favorite part was that while Ohoho was singing, Qwenser's painful screams became the public chorus .

That was a dangerous gamble by Qwenthur. But then again, those who take the biggest risks, reaps the biggest rewards.

That song was actually kind of disturbing because you could hear Qwenthur's cries of agony throughout. Props to them. He's been put through the ringer in this series, but that was probably the most uncomfortable his getting injured has made me.

That... hurts rather a bit. Not only is the seed of doubt he planted growing, there is also, almost certainly, fear. The people she trusted, who she believed valued her and perhaps even cared for her, now apparently were only using her to help them develop combat computers. As soon as it even appeared she might have failed them, they tried to kill her. When she gets in a cockpit again, will she ever be able to feel safe? What else might they have been prepared to do to her, what else might they have been planning that she had overlooked because she trusted them?

Doubts like these, and probably others, are going to haunt her now. And most ironically, the one she now seems to think is most trustworthy is the one who actually instilled all those fears in the first place, by lying to her. Yet from her perspective he basically dealt with her fairly, showed remarkable capability in finding a way to counter Juliet, and then saved her life from the treachery of her superiors, while risking his own life.

...I was probably going somewhere with this, but it's 3AM here, so my train of thought has kind of run so far off the track that it might be a submarine of thought now instead. I'ma go sleep; figure out if I was trying to actually say anything later.
The implications really are amazing. You almost hope they do find some way to heal the breech since otherwise every battle she fights from this point will have her dealing with those doubts in the back of her mind.

In a sense things could get even worse. If she shows this kind of behavior going forward they might either remove her from her position or....actually start installing those kinds of devices. Would you want to leave that kind of weapon in the hands of someone you think might actually turn on you?

I have to wonder if Qwenthur really thought that far ahead when he made this bluff. Maybe not, was probably just trying to win out the situation in the best manner possible. Milinda was in a bad spot and would have been out if Ohoho had kept on the fight.

Kind of terrible all around. Ohoho having to live and fight with those doubts, her superior who may not be able to get her trust back, and her allies. We saw in the first arc in general how relations can be between Elites and soldiers. Possible the whole idol thing was to help combat that, turning her into a figure they cheer for. Rather than one they feel frustration towards. If that kind of comment of leveling her own base zone gets out...things could get tense.

Sad that that Idol Elite's G-cup breasts were all just a dream, but Ms. "Ohohoho!" will return though!

On the other hand, I wonder if the Legitimate Kingdom will scrap the strategic AI Juliet after capturing Rush?

I personally was expecting it since I played Alpha Centauri. In there University faction is all about research and gathering knowledge, but they were susceptible to probe teams stealing their tech and sabotaging their cities. Now if only the Information Union can research Hunter-Seeker Algorithm... XD

The real OHOHO is in the opening now.. less fanservice I guess

I like the ending though.. that slap hurts! how could they put such innocence face after knowing that their devious plan just got foiled completely like that?

Engagement Ring bluff moment is the best.. never expect Havia would be the MVP as well
I feel bad that Baby Magnum so far only have one epic Object vs Object.. in this arc, she played as distraction role

anyway, congratulations, Qwenthur.. Violent-idol Loli GET!!
next time he should looked for less-violent girl for his harem... Milinda, Frolaytia, and Ohoho-loli loved to abuse him too much

Wait, maybe I misread the sarcasm but just in case, Qwenthur tricked her and made up the whole thing

The one thing I like about Haivia- You know how these stories have the token best friend character that's for comic relief and very few plot relevance? Haivia breaks that rule and is official the second protagonist.

Quenser and Heivia's whole deal is that they are basically the pair of perverted friends a MC sometimes has for comic relief, only this time they are the protagonists of the story.
