to be honest... I really enjoyed the music. The original Naruto soundtrack was way much better than Shippuden's.

these are the kind of episodes I like because I watch them but know what is about to happen to the point that i can multi task whilst viewing i.e. play guitar, scratch my ass, play angry birds space etc.

It doesn't pass the feeling of the arc at all!

ED was nice though.

Why recaps again?! As an anniversary celebration they should have come up with something better! Naruto are the only series that have have quarter of released episodes as recaps!

I just got around to watching the new ED. Admittedly, I lol'd. It was a fun ending to watch. But its hard to interpret the way they featured Sakura and Hinata as anything else but an attempt troll the shippers. I was highly amused. I don't even like the song, but its easily within my top 3 favorite Naruto ED's of all time.

Nothing new this time either, don't get what's the point of this.
They were probably trying to remind us of Naruto - Sasuke relationship before the mess.
Looks like they glued a few episodes together, just the more vital parts.

It's a shame that they skipped one of the best ninja fights of part 1, the Sasuke vs Orochi fight. This ep. was much worse than the previous.

I'm really glad they started the new Chibi series starring Rock Lee--is it just me, or is the SD blowing the actual anime out of the water?

Bit disappointed that they skipped over Zabuza, as I thought these fillers would reintroduce us to some Part 1 characters, but it seems to just focus on Naruto vs Sasuke.
