Will this be a calm arc or an intense arc like the Level Upper and Sisters arcs?

well honestly is really good to see Touma make cameo on Railgun..but the think is he bump only Misaka mikoto..only....eventually i get tired of that..LOL..at least once in a while Touma bump on other character other than Misaka..

Why not both? A lot of Index arcs always started off silly then got serious later on.

Agreed on this. The whole Misaka and Touma is getting tiresome already. I want Toma to bump into either Saten or Uiharu or even Misaki

His been running around daihaseisai first day to begin with so the chances are big. And he even run into tokiwadai battle.

Just because you can't see it directly doesn't mean you can't see the difference. For example, you can still tell when some girls aren't wearing bras even when they're still fully covered with a shirt.

Somewhere was already mentioned a rumor about boy with a special right hand that cancels abilities,
now add to it the fact that Saten loves rumors and looking into them, she could have already met him.

Not for some reason..everything in Railgun manga are beautiful. Even Kuroko look delicious in Railgun manga. In fact, even Touma and Accelerator look infinite handsome than Index manga and anime.

The esper controlling the hamsters can only talk to rodents. Oh, and LOL at Mikoto's AIM field making the hamsters too scared to approach :P Mikoto's even depressed that animals just dislike her that much.
