I can see Viola joining the Straw Hats, but not Rebecca -- she doesn't have the right temperment to be a pirate.

Also, I can see Bartolomeo allying his crew with the Straw Hats, but I don't think he'll actually join their crew directly. In fact, I'm interested in how many pirate crews will end up allied (formally or informally) with the Straw Hats. I think there will be a lot of them, especially after word gets out about what happened on Dressrosa.
