My original crossover was supposed to be with the Killzone series; Mael Radec being in Gun Gale Online. But after watching the Killzone campaigns, I think it's better to just scrap the whole thing.

I don't think it ever details specifically how grenades work in GGO, but I would imagine it's similar to shooter games like CoD or something. Namely there's a special "equipment" slot, which can be used for grenades of different varieties (Smoke, flashbang, concussive, EMP, etc.) or even special items like claymores or something.

Just guessing here though, so take it as you will.

Ah well, I could always use this for Accel World OVA shorts (Haru goes to SWTOR), if I have no specific plot direction to run with this setting.

Okay, it seems the characters I have in mind for the crossover will make do in Gun Gale Online.

Now it's the matter of what time it's actually set it in. The story's planned to set in Gun Gale Online and I want it to go along the actual storyline.

The problem is, the whole story arc as a whole was I think done over the course of a week. And about 3-4 days out of that week was actually set in Gun Gale Online itself.

I can use some help on how to get it set within that time frame...

An idea for the "chronicles of AmuSphere" idea (AmuSphere versions of various games). We did ideas for MMORPGs, FPS etc, now its a real-life survival-horror series' turn to make a debut on the AmuSphere with:

Silent Hill AmuSphere, featuring an innovative psychological profiling system that creates enemies and arranges Silent Hill's imfamous "Otherworld" around their deepest fears.... Kinda like what Shattered Memories tried to do.

I was planning having multiple sub-stories based on various characters. Now, I was planning on using Shino Asada/Sinon and Yuuki Konno, because they have the most emotional and psychological baggage.

Silent Hill AmuSphere: Black Star (Starring Shino Asada)
Now for Sinon, my plans for her versions of Silent Hill will actually have the weapons be part of the atmosphere, for instance,

Silent Hill: Amusphere: The Reaper (starring Yuuki Konno)
Yuuki's version will feature more melee weapons, more like the tradition SH games (though a basic pistol and shotgun can still be found), however Yuuki's skill with the sword in ALO will come into it's own (though most of the time, instead of sword, she'll be using metal pipe, or a baseball bat, or a fire axe or something).

Well, I'm new to this area of Anime Suki, so I'll start off with a brief intro.

I'm falcolobo, and I was introduced to SAO when it first was translated on Baka-Tsuki so many years ago. I've been hooked ever since.

The fanfiction I wrote (and linked below), is any idea I had for a while since the Volume 5 to 6 arc. What if the deathgame, wasn't a game- but actual life? Monsters that lived in real life and super human abilities given to "players." Further developed with themes from Psycho Pass (go watch it btw) and we have a story.

I've taken to using the term Photon Sword (and many combat mechanics from SAO) to be used for Blue legion characters in Accel World (and to a lesser extent, cyborg combat in Moretsu.)

Good thing I've no idea what Crest of the Stars is about. Maybe.

Is it new or really really old?

I'd say that Crest of the Star's pretty old. There's an anime adaptation that came out in the late 1990s. But that aside...

I need some help on my Crossover idea for Sword Art Online. I have a feeling that most might disagree with it, so...

I would start writing but I have other things that need attending to, first.

But how I start off is with the beginning of Gears of War 3, but once every now and then it'll switch with Gun Gale Online untill the end of Act 1 Chapter 2 in Gears of War 3. Basically, it'll start like this...

Yeah, it's been a while.

Gears of War 3 and Sword Art Online (Phantom Bullet Arc) crossover to be exact.

Although it'll be set in Gun Gale Online, it'll first start with the events of the Prologue and the first 2 chapters of Act 1 in Gears of War 3. After the events of chapter 2 in Gears of War 3, then it'll be in Gun Gale Online.

Just read through some SAO doujin that released in Comiket 83. Two of them with Suguha's endings are so horrifying dark. I prefer Yasui's one over Asanagi's which is too scary.

Those doujin should fill the gap of what happened in real world during ch 16.5 in the LN.

If you've read the Phantom Bullet Arc, you'll know why fighting with a gun would actually be a more scary prospect for Sinon. The starting handgun is a Type 54 "Black Star" with a blood-stained grip, the Tokarev clone that her attacker tried to kill her mother with in the robbery, and the weapon Shino stole and used against its owner. Other weapons would be mostly firearms, including a shotgun, an M4 carbine, shortly before the final boss, a PGM Hecate II like the one she uses in GGO. As for enemies, I was thinking some sort of monster that fires a spray of blood at Shino, blinding her, before moving in close to attack- representing Shino's sense of horror of literally getting blood on her hand. Also, a number of enemies with guns, of course. The final boss would be a sort of zombie-like version of her attacker (complete with bullet wounds in the locations where Shino shot her real attacker, armed with the same Type-54. Silent Hill: Amusphere: The Reaper (starring Yuuki Konno) Yuuki's version will feature more melee weapons, more like the tradition SH games (though a basic pistol and shotgun can still be found), however Yuuki's skill with the sword in ALO will come into it's own (though most of the time, instead of sword, she'll be using metal pipe, or a baseball bat, or a fire axe or something). Spoiler for Crossover Idea.: Sword Art Online (Phantom Bullet Arc) X Gears of War 3 Plot: Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad are defending the CNV Sovereign from a Lambent Locust attack. During the assault, a Lambent Leviathan began to cause havoc on the vessel and all hands were forced to abandon ship. Delta Squad's able to kill the Lambent Leviathan, but Lambent creatures tend to blow up when killed. As the Leviathan's dying, Delta Squad's abandoning ship but one of the Leviathan's tentacles slammed in between the members of Delta, thus seperating them. With Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago seperated from the rest of the Delta, they jump over the side of the ship before the explosion engulfed them. And they end up in the world of Gun Gale Online. Now their story of getting back to Sera begins. Note: Marcus and Dom will have their weapons from the Gears of War universe upon "arriving" in Gun Gale Online. For starters, to fit into Gun Gale Online's "Parameters", they'll only have 1 Rifle equipped on their armor instead of 2. The rifle they'll both be using, is their Mk 2 Lancer Assault Rifles.
