Sooo, Naomi reaveal be working with alien, is the third time she change her ID now she is the first Nean, but Rouge see trapped in a circle because the aliens want to use Neans to fight while they also want to had a new planet to live but Rouge still don´t learn to take her own decision because she decide to comeback to her original plan.
The bond between the main lead is very inconsistent, so Rouge punch feel almost a relieve

I honestly don't see the point of this show, what it wants to say. I thought it was something about freedom but it doesn't look like that, all things considering.

So Cyan has chage and now she is complete friendly Imouto for Rouge, apparently she say always like that but fight Rouge that time because an order she can´t refuse.
But anyway, is like a the last moment allied so Rouge alone isn´t enought to fight the others Neans but still see Naomi was quited innecesary and had a position of power to still give order to Rouge who has less intention of doing it but won´t refuse in the end.
At last Rouge call Naomi her best stranger, that actually fixed their inconsistent relatioship

Cyan's character made a complete 180. Rather curious about the voice in her head, since it apparently wasn't the Puppetmaster. An Usurper, I guess, since the Puppetmaster is working for them.

They are building for the grand finale but is very lack of intensity, Rougue is enought strong to stop the Neans if she want but her development is few.
Also she most likely had to fight Cyan, and the cops hope had a bigger role

So, the tension the episode only exist when Naomi apparently will abandoned Rouge again but after a talk with Joker, she come back and share her hearth to showdown againts Jill, but is not very convinced, the revelation who was the clown was simple.
Also even Rouge get more personalitizacion in this end, is not convinced her free will.
And the cop could get Alice to they team so something

So they won with some Deus Ex Machinas and power-up with yuri-fusion. But Usurpers are still there and the fight will continue. It was my guilty pleasure of the season but without me if they ever do more of this.

The best was the Gattai of Rougue with Naomi, also they found a third soluction that is half of Nean taking free will and other half star war, since dad want to control the world and he can switch bodies taking Cyan one, Rouge beat her but also Jill died without any climax, so bad for an important character but also surprise that the brother didn´t become evil.
The epilogue was too short and only to say the battle continue
The serie supposed to had two cours and if made sense how much they short take.

This was even more of a stinker than their last anniversary project. Terrible from start to finish, the final episode is one of the worst I've ever seen, just a complete mess.

The only good thing about it was the animation. 3/10. Nothing to salvage here.

That was... pretty bad. The world setting itself had potential and I guess the battles weren't CG, so that's good, but...
The story was... pretty bad. Well, maybe not bad bad, but it was really boring. I couldn't get myself to care about anything this story showed, which probably wasn't much either. Apparently Rouge's father just kinda planned everything, but... sure, whatever.

Also, the story doesn't actually end because there are still baddies alive, which is fairly unforgivable for an original anime

So... Yeah. I honestly didn't have high expectations because we've seen these types of shows before, but the story wasn't even average interesting. Very dull

Seemed like they tried to do too much at once. There was the underlying theme that was addressed early on about robots being slaves to humans, then we went to just finding out more about Rouge's past, there was the aliens vs other aliens or something, and there was even a murder-mystery-comedy ep. Focus would've helped. The soundtrack, OP and ED were all really good.
