Just saw the raw of the latest chapter. Finally, after more than 10 years and more than 500 chapters Hayate is aware of the misunderstanding! Really looking forward to what happens next. Coincidentally the next chapter will be released around Christmas.

Har! There won't be a sinking of the Nagi ship. That's the one Hata-sensei is on. I'm guessing he'll craft the story to torpedo Hina and Ayumu, then arrange it for Hayate to follow the place of Nagi's father and as Nagi's butler, marry his ojousama.

What's happening now is the "bomb" that has been between them since the first chapter will go off, Nagi will cry in an explosion of emotion (a condition set forth by Mikado at the start of the manga), and the path will open.

As to Himegami, I'm really hoping that he turns out to be Nagi's father via the Kurotsubaki.
