"Final volume" usu. means the last volume of the main story and subsequent volumes would be a sequel or prequel and side stories. I think a true final volume would be the absolute last volume made for that LN, counting a sequel or prequel and side stories.

He write that vol 12 is final and will contain the end, but it is possible, that it will be just part of the end, cuz of that possible DLC volume. Well, wait till spring and you will see I guess.

Any place where I can read about Chiaki's what if route book? just summary is fine too.
I've heard that it existed for quite sometime but never really succeed in finding the book.
