There are 2 types of show that i'm looking for and would appreciate recommendations for either.

1. Unique power anime

I'm always drawn to anime where each characters have different and unique powers and abilities such as FMA:Brotherhood, Boku no hero, Hunter x Hunter, Jojo part 3 onwards etc. The development of unique abilities in the characters as well as encountering enemies and allies with creative powers always has me hooked.

2. Harem Fantasy

Preferably with a protagonist who isn't always crying like RE:Zero (I still love that show). The ability for the protagonist to acquire many bad b*tches increases their likeablity for me. As for the fantasy setting aspect I always enjoy Fantasies with adventurers guilds and the protagonist becoming more well known and famous. In regards to these criteria i've seen the likes of Overlord, How not to summon a demon lord and am watching goblin slayer.

Not many of those in Anime form yet

Towa no Quon and Darker Than Black are unique power

For harem fantasy find manga or novels such as Yaritsukai to, Kuroneko and Jaryuu Tensei

In Another World with my Smartphone fits the first requirement slightly and the second completely. It's trashy fun.

Blade Dance may work for you. The characters are Spirit users, whose powers are based on the elemental spirits with whom they contract. No two spirits are alike, so the powers vary broadly from person to person. And the hero ends up with quite a harem, but he does not cry about it.
