These don't really need descriptions because the plot is just based on romance.

Two I find very similar to Shuffle

Lot of ecchi

I agree with the Da Capo and Gift Eternal Rainbow recommendations. Both have a similar character design (look wise) and stories that (roughly) follow the same path.
