There's nothing in the chapter that hints at that, so unless the original Japanese spoiler provider has access to future information, I'm thinking it's a mistranslation. Maybe he's one of those whackjobs that is offended by women having kids, either for political (environmentalist, antinatalist, childfree, etc.) or fanservice ("she's tainted") reasons, and he was using the Japanese equivalent of "breeder".

... i say it's a mistranslation for "she has orihime sized breasts", and somebody translated it as "she's pregnant with twins..."

that, or it's nothing to worry about, really. i doubt a baby's gonna be born and save ichigo from ramen man - wasn't he still tied up at the end of the chapter?

SS seems to have also acknowledged Urahara's group now. They're probably also on better terms with the Vizards as well. Come to think of it, the acknowledged presence of several VC level shinigami on top of several captain level shinigami (all conveniently stationed in the same town) almost makes it seem like afro dude's only placed there out of some kind of legal obligation on SS's part to have a least one shinigami (on the pay role) assigned there. lol

Besides. We're talking about SS here; the same place that assigned Jidanbō to play guardian to a gate of the Gotei 13.
