Unfortunately they greatly lowered the impact of the stabbing from the book, which was pretty shocking, but i didn't figure they'll show it on NHK anyways.
The bleeding may confuse some people though, as in "why is she bleeding and dying, isn't she supposed to disappear in rainbow colored sparkles?"

As an AO viewer, I assume his weapon applies on-hit debuffs with a set proc chance, in this case profuse bleeding and...dizzness? Some kind of poison/paralysis effect? Unless that's from the blood loss, which wasn't that much. It's not too surprising that she took a hit though, LV90+ characters have five-digit HP.

Then again I alway felt that season one over-censored things. In the novel you didn't burst into bubble of sparkles, you bled like you would in real life.

It's a little too bad that nothing really progressed on the Akatsuki side of things. Just adding onto what you could already tell she was dealing with. Bit surprised Nyanta didn't say anything about what was going on, but probably figured Shiroe had enough on his plate already with this stressful raid. Guess Shiroe as well could at least pick up that Akatsuki wasn't going to be fully satisfied with what he'd left her behind to do.
Surprise attack at the end there. Guess we'll get to see the harem leader unleash some anger. Don't mess with his ladies .

Yea, the blood is confusing me.
I was thinking 'uh oh, its SAO time now' with a hax character being able to kill adventurers dead now. I liked this episode, probably the best so far this season imo. The raiding episodes was okay, but it wasn't really anything special, just scenes of due process. Looking forward to the people left in town solving the problem on their own without Shiroe to command things.

I guess one can interpret that way as well. From the end of episode, Kyoko just lie there in the pool of her blood instead of turning in to sparkling particle as usual. We will see in next episode if she is indeed respawn or not.
