If you don't mind smaller avatar size for the whole image, how are these:

Rotates in the same order you posted those pictures. I can change the speed if it's too fast/slow.

Anime : Valvrave the Liberator
Description : It will be a animated (read : gif) avatar focusing on the brunette Shoko and her petite, black-haired best friend Marie. The background will be in a form of mosaic checkboard (cyan blue and vivid yellow for Shoko, candy pink and pure white for Marie). Each frame presents a different title on the top of the girl ("Best" for Shoko colored in white with red lines, "Friend" for Marie which was colored in white with golden lines). Also the corresponded lines above are written in Impact police code. Also, the border for each frame will be shining red for Shoko, golden yellow for Marie.

Think I got them all but I didn't get what u mean by impact police code. Google didn't help either.
