You'll need all the detailed information you can get in order to understand any of it.
Is it an okay show for die-hard anime fans? Sure. But does it deserve it's own forum? I don't know about that...the quality, memorable characters, good comedy, interesting plot, etc. just aren't there. It's like you throw in every stock anime character you can think of, make sure most of them have balloon breasts, and then call it an anime.

Basic understanding of the setting is enough to understand the anime. And good job generalization the anime culture there.

"Holy hell this is statistically by a wide margin the least likely sub-forum that's ever happened. Pretty good for just a crappy confusing harem fanservice show that just doesn't make any sense. " LOL |

About Lord Matsudaira words, you are probably right. I still have to check that episode again, for that and many other details, and for stunning/epic action scenes too! |

Holy cow, I just finished my exams, and Horizon is not only getting story, it got its own forum now!
But the story is so full, there's no room for fandom! In fact, I think we can just use the rules laid down and play something like a D&D RPG with all that detail!

Was busy this week, only watched episode 5 just now.
To clear something up: the blonde boss warrior guy from K.P. Italia is named Tachibana Muneshige right? Is the reason that he has a Japanese name because, now that the Testament Union is replaying history (the Sengoku period and the Hundred Years war, was it?) in the Divine States, he's taking on both a Japanese and a Western identity? I was a bit less impressed by episode 5 than I thought I'd be but it was still pretty good overall. I don't seem to have much to say really, so I guess I'll just follow the show along as it goes. |
