Weird pixels when watching anime

Hey everyone! Has anyone experienced this when watching anime on their computer:

Does anyone know what's going on with the pixel? I've never had this problem with the other anime I usually watch. And sometimes, it usually covers the entire screen.

Thanks! :P

You need to use a decoder/player capable of 10 bit h.264 decoding, like CCCP or VLC. The Microsoft one can only do 8 bit but it can be overridden if you want to use Windows Media Player. CCCP also comes with its own player (Media Player Classic Home Cinema, short mpc-hc).
