Media Player Classic framerate drop (non-artefact lag, new issue)

So, ever since messing around with my codecs and video player, I will occasionally get periods where ANY video I'm playing in MPC (anime, even regular tv shows), the framerate will suddenly drop to seems about 1/2 of what it was before, and there is noticable stuttering. It is not related to the files themselves (as I never had this issue before on the same files), and it's sporadic and doesn't always happen on the same part of the video.

The issue only happens on occasion (it seems to do it worse when it's on fullscreen and paused for a while, and then I come back to play it again).

I'm not sure even sure I have the right/good codecs or settings set up.

MPC->Filters submenu:

Please tell me if any more info is needed and I'll add it here

Computer stats. What type of video file you where watching. And why where you messing with the codecs in the first place? Did you try uninstalling everything and reinstalling them?

The issue happens with all file types, and only happens in MPC.

Simply put, I wanted to experiment with different settings and things.

Did you already try the "Repair CCCP" option in the CCCP Settings application?

Did you check CPU and GPU temperatures? Try keep HWMoitor open in the background and then check temperatures when it is lagging.
