Is the order ok or should I watch something more for Amuro,Char etc.?
Just so you know I decided to go by chronological order. I saw the War in the Pocket OVA (brilliant) and recently just finished 08th MS Team OVAs(meh). I plan to watch Stardust Memory 0083 before moving onto Zeta. If anyone could tell me whether i should watch the film or the series for SM 0083 first, then that would be great.

Go for the series first. You'll be confused if you watch the movie first.

The film sucks, honestly. They took out alot of the good stuff and left in stupid half-completed 'arcs'.

Don't even bother with the film unless you get bored. Series all the way.

Are all 50 episodes - completely story episodes?
Because I heard that in original MSG there were some " MSG of the week" episodes that didn't really count...

He's talking about Zeta. I don't think he realises that JC's post was a response to my query about Stardust Memory (or he simply quoted the wrong post).

So why do people fight, anyway?
Perhaps the meaning of existence lies within their will to fight.
People feel a sense of accomplishment through battle.
And it’s also a fact that the ones actually fighting are never perceived as being tainted.

So I'm new.. and I'm stumped. I've been trying to remember which gundam series this was, there was some young kid and he jumped into a gundam to try and use it. The inside of it was like blue and he was getting shocked. Eventually he overcame it and I just can't remember which this was.. any help?

Sounds like some other mecha series. I don't remember any Gundam series starting like that.

"Kid jumps into a Gundam" describes about half the series.

IIRC, though, G-Gundam had a kid who tried to use the God Gundam and nearly broke his bones because of it. But that was way late in the series.

Been meaning to ask if the SCV/SCVA class name in the UC era is an abbreviation of something like how MSC meant Mobile Suit Carrier?

I found it a few weeks ago, but thanks anyway.

I'm sure I might've posted it here... maybe not.
