This series needs more budget, that fight(?) was almost done poorly.

Am I the only one who thinks the seiyuus have a too high pitched voice? Its making my ears bleed...

I doubt it'll get it. I'm satisified as it is. CH won't fund anything that risks of going in the red, so you'll have to settle with that.

It's original but I got millions of game references, from characters, to sentences, to certain key visuals, even the monsters. A certain part of the episode basically mimicks an event in the second game, even. But the average viewer shouldn't have issues even without noticing all of this.

People had issues with the mouths I believe. I personally think they're faithful. The designs are a mix from the original game and Victory, with some of Mk2 thrown in.

yeah this was an enjoyable episode to watch and it was nice hearing ryuusei no bifrost again though maybe they should of waited till the second fight to play it and it was nice seeing some characters from the games that aren't the main ones even they probably won't have anything to do with the plot

A positive start for a first episode, it's convinced me to watch the series. A lot of the light hearted humor I enjoyed from the games is there as well.

I have a question that keeps going through my head, when Neptune, Noir, Blanc and Vert is transformed, it is an "other person" who takes control of their body or not?

I think it is the same people and do not change places with other women but Neptune is a "kid" and when she is transformed become a "mature" woman ... which is its made me wonder this ...

yes especially for Neptune it destabilizes me enough

Well, all I can say is, they are the same person. When they transform they may have personality changes and size changes. (If you know what I mean.)

xizro345 King's Justice Join Date: Apr 2004	Spoiler for Episode 1: After a bit with the friendship treaty (with a lot of cameos), we get to Neptune that as usual is doing nothing useful. She uses the excuse to get to Lastation to slack off, but in the end Noire forces her to do some quests. She doesn't do it very well, so Noire tries to finish it alone, but during the fight with the Ancient Dragon she get cursed so she reverts to her normal form. Neptune saves the day, killing the dragon in goddess form with Cross Combination. In the end, the shares from Planeptune rise, but only because Neptune by accident sends some fanservice images of Nepgear...All While Magiquone is scheming. It was decent technically, mid-budget I'd say. Pleasant to watch but with a few rough edges. There are a ton of references to the game, to visual ones to dialogue, to music (Ryuusei no Bitfrost plays at certain point). Goddess form has a transform sequence which is nice (you see two in the first epsiode). THere's a hint of some serious developments but in general it's relatively carefree fun. I'm satisfied.

Chiaki_chan Kubo GO TO HELL Join Date: May 2012 Location: with Maki-sama Age: 31	ep 1 : Spoiler for ep: I loved it, and never having to play the game I was surprised by their transformation into beautiful women whereas girls were younger Neptune adult version she.............. gorgeous and special mention for the little blue cute monster who remind me of the monster some other game but with nose and more viscous __________________
