The Forbidden Ocular Jutsu - 禁じられた瞳術 ~ Kinjirareta Dōjutsu.

Description:

Sasuke places Danzo under genjutsu but Danzo activates a curse mark he had cast upon Sasuke earlier which renders Sasuke immobile. When Danzo prepares to finish him off, Sasuke's memories of Itachi make him overpower the curse and break it. Madara realizes Danzo's jutsu which makes him invincible is a forbidden jutsu known as Izanagi. Karin realizes every Sharingan eye on Danzo's right arm lives for about 60 seconds while Izanagi is activated. Danzo and Sasuke begin to fight fiercely to see which one tires out first.

So, about this episode.....

It's pretty annoying how Danzo went from zero to hero. I mean the guy has been portrayed as a cripple and all the sudden he's all badass. I get that they want an action type "bad guy" but come on, the dude has been limping around like a gimp for how many episodes now ?

I think I liked the manga portrayal better.

Now sasuke gains a long ranged super attack as well. I liked that being unique to naruto should they meet up next time.

at 5:35 what is madara doing, is he helping by doing something or was he going to help. He's awfully far away to do his hoover.

I really can't help but feel that Danzo should be wiping the floor with sasuke seeing all this cool stuff he's got.

i think he sensed sasuke might be killed so he prepared to teleport himself in and get sasuke out but saw that he didn't have to

To me that was a pretty big shock, what they put in the preview, so don't watch it! Just some advice from my end.

Danzo is a ninja, a ninja more in the traditional sense. As they are about deception. He can't walk around acting like he's perfectly fine with half his body bandaged up hiding those Sharingans.

Danzo was a rival of Sarutobi to become Hokage and started his journey toward the Kage meeting by slaughtering ~30 ninja with ease.
The manga portrayed him exactly the same as the anime, as one of the most powerful ninja on earth possessing in Izanagi one of the most ridiculously haxed ability in the story.

I never watch next episode previews for that very reason.

I think it's stupid to throw in spoilers.

I wonder if Susake's Susano'o('s?) weapons are legendary like itachi's.

Good stuff, though I miss the days when a sasuke-centric episode meant lots of taijutsu...

Thats what annoys me at the moment.
I dont like the direction that the battles take at the moment.
Its lame to see Sasuke standing in one place the whole freakin time with his Susano, which he can keep up an incredible long time, when you consider he used it at the summit to such an extent.
I want to see fast paced, action packed, well choreographed action with some great ninjutsu mixed in.
So far i just didnt like Saskue+Susano fights because its quite lame to watch and somehow it looks too overpowered with its uber attack capability and perfect defense.
And i think there are a few too much "Epic Legendary Forbidden Jutsus never to be seen" that are popping out.

Does not look like, it seems to be much weaker than those two weapons. Itachi's sword is an unbeliveably strong weapon, it seems that it can't be countred since it's not something material that you can fight with Kusanagi or whatever sword, so it can get through some solid ultimate defense or a sword used as counter and just go into the body and then suck out the soul from it. The magic shield also looks like something that can be used against ultimate attacks, for example it might mirror back a rasenshuriken on Naruto, or an amaterasu on Sasuke, assuming it really works like a mirror. Well those are more like assumptions than facts, but a sword that can kill Orochimaru in one hit sure is much stronger than this arrow, Orochi would just laugh at this arrow and regenerate or come out from his own mouth or something like that.

I didn't consider the katon to be super, raiton had the limit exposed in the deidra fight, and i didn't consider kirin to be long range either. Long range is naruto throwing his thing across the konoha valley

Naruto should learn to use Futon Jutsu's properly like Danzo.

For a guy that talked about what ninjas used to be Danzou certainly talks a lot. He would have had a great chance to beat Sasuke if he wasn't chatting so much about Itachi and getting Sasuke pissed off.

Yeah might not hurt to try that. While I don't like the guy much, can't deny that his wind skills are good.

Did anyone else lawl when Danzo blew air out like a balloon and floated around? Certainly made me lawl haha. Reminds me of Chouji, and Chouji certainly would have a good balloon effect
