Necessarius detected radiosonde castle floating 52,000m above the ground, the forces and mastermind of the castle is unknown. They don't want to risk using St. Peter's spell that strikes down any flying magical phenomena, since a) they don't even know if it's floating due to magic, and b) if it crashes it will be bad. Agnese and Kaori is discussing ways to combat the threat, and Academy City is aiding them since if that thing crashes it'll be a replay of the Ice Age on Earth. The Science Side considered firing ICBMs to blow it up, but again, the threat of another Ice Age stopped them.

Kaori thought back to how Touma would just ignore all risks to himself and take on the burden of handling it, even when his own position is in danger from getting involved all the time. It has got to the point just having him on the scene is enough change the situation for the better.

Now that he is no longer here, they can only continue to fight in this world where he is gone. The rest of the Amakusa must be feeling the same way as her. Kaori is angry at herself for being caught up in the past and she really should be focusing on the present crisis.

Then Itsuwa told everyone over the intercom they have received information Kamijou Touma is back in Academy City, to which I quote Kaori:

"Eeh?! What!!"

I wouldn't say that, she did failed in her mission to pull of a Lelouch to save her country... But that's okay, since it's not important to the main story as it doesn't affect Fiamma right?
