Is it me or the animation quality somewhat look terrible. Well, it had good story like its previous seasons but its animation quality should be better.

I think that you're referring to the video quality rather than the actual animation (which was decent as usual, even if it wasn't particularly great). Unfortunately, the fuzziness of the video is very common for AT-X shows, and there's not much that can be done about it. On the bright side, the DVDs tend to look much better.

Doremi released a much better looking version of episode 1 tonight. Video isn't so fuzzy any more. Looks very nice.

I rushed through all of Marimite in two days do catch up with this season's release... During my marathon, I thought over and over again why I didn't pick up such a wonderful series before, and now it has become one of my favorites. All of the characters are so captivating in their own ways.

As for this episode, I thought it was the usual Marimite with all of it's character goodness. I can't wait till I get started on the novel.
