Well FUNimation isn't doing the dub they are just releasing it so it'll be more serious than DxD

Why would that ruin your childhood. You have a voice actor who played two badass characters. Not that I know if the voice actor is same.

I think he means that hearing a voice of the guy who played Ichigo in a borderline h series would feel awkward for him.
