I see no reason why Nyaruko & co. can't resurrect people, our own technology can "resurrect" people that a mere hundred years ago would have given a death certificate and if their lifespan has no set limit, imagine how much can technology advance in 25 million years (I can assure you that in a mere 25 years DNA will be throughly cracked, curing most known diseases, creating human augmentation and new custom made diseases).

Of course after all those years the lust accumulated in Hastur will drive Mahiro crazy when ressurected
