Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean 'hatred' sort of deal, I just meant a person who complained about a character that they've never even bothered looking at. Ahhh, I'm not making much sense, am I? I just meant I respect Salts opinions because they have clearly stated reasons for not finding the main character interesting.

We're saying this cuz someone on the ep 10 forum jsut outright trolled on him without knowing anything about him. He didn't even understand his power.

Rankings for the most liked boys and girls in anime in Japan. Touma is second on the boys list (after Brosuke) and Mikoto is tenth on the girl's list, probably because she doesn't have a lot of focus in Index.

Well, Mikoto only was blushing since the begin of the season until now (an still will be), I think its a big achievement reaching a place on the top 10 just by doing that.

kyousuke is the bro so it's okay or rather I don't see any reason for touma to be so popular well for me I like more the girls than him. And if we weigh in the male leads in the series. The 3 guys are different from each other. So I can't compare them at all.

for soraoto, I just dislike how perverted the main character is, Its really overboard. I think thats the real reason, not really ecchiness. Seriously i love ichiban ushiro no daimou, thats really ecchi also, But i like the main character.

Well, not much to say, he is the total opposite to the avereage male lead from harem series. At least, he has a nice side when he isn't on perverted mode.
