I just download games. Why can't they sell a download to the full game?

Because game companies (for the most part) are greedy bastards, that's why.

Obviously that illustration's an exaggeration, but it's not far off the mark...

Also, I'd say Bioware doesn't really deserve that. Capcom is by far the worst offender around.

Yeah, Bioware is more, "LOTS OF SPECULATION FOR EVERYONE!" than "DLC!!!!"

Capcom and Namco are the biggest offender of DLC. Bioware isn't really as you don't lose much even if you don't get the dlcs.

Picked Bioware because Mass Efect 3 was the newest example I had from "Day 1 DLC" As for "in disc locked DLC" Cacpom was the easiest and most obvious choice.

Thanks for the correction, I'll fix it ^^

Eeeh that's mostly because of how adding DLC works. It needs to be approved and it takes less time than the main game. It is a different process and stuff.

But that's neither nor there so here, have reposted(?) stuff
Spoiler for :

Bioware does Day 1 DLC with content already on the disc frequently. It happened in Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, and now Mass Effect 3.

The scary part is, even though there will be customers who were scared away by this tactic, sooner or later people will grow numb of it and see it as a norm. And then they'll start expecting it and when the DLC doesn't come out the people start to think, "No DLC? Why? Is this game incomplete? Now that I think of it this game does feel shitty OMGOMGOMG WHY NO DLC), and then they start demanding for DLC....

Hmmm... guys I'm very glad and thankfull you all liked my comic, but I honestly believe the DLC subject is not really a topic to discuss here.

Still, I'm happy you found my comic interesting. ^^

Are you quite alright, Justin? Its not an issue that he posted it. Its an issue people ran away with the topic because of it. Please post pictures or Nanoha will get angry.
