I'm already wondering the whole time - as she's wearing no bra there, does her top have an integrated bra? I really should hope so. You really do need a bra for support, especially with bigger breasts like Rio's, because otherwise (without bra), they'll sag over time

I have never seen so much fanservice in an anime that surpasses Highschool of the Dead in my books, but if there really is something that has more then that anime... I would fall down from shock.. Of course you will probably show me and make me feint

If I remember well, HOTD's first episode didn't really had that many fanservice. It just grew per episode.. so there's also a chance that this anime might have more nsfw scene in the future eps.

probably the worst 1st episode of any anime i ever watched...

literally did an anime fall at how the episode ended.

This was already explained - no, they shouldn't. It's only one girl in a big casino, making only a very small portion of people win at a time. Also, people who win once are more likely to continue playing (and spend more money) in the hopes of winning a second time.
Furthermore, her reputation as "Goddess of Fortune" makes the casion very attractive for all sorts of gamblers.
In total, the casino wins a lot more from people continuing to play and people attracted by her reputation than it loses from her bringing the customers luck.
Also, with her martial arts skills, she can also work as a bouncer on top of her other tasks.

That's pretty much what I figured. It's not like the entire casino is cashed out the moment she enters the floor. No sane owner is going to fire a selling point, cash cow, etc.
