No idea what's up with the "Shota Touma" thing, but for the second one, this is pretty much the gist of it:

Mikoto had a nightmare where basically those are the rest of Touma's harem but her knows where Touma's dorm is, and Touma is calling those who knew to some sort of a party and he can only have 7 people in the party inclusive of Touma himself (which was stressed upon in the 3rd panel). Mikoto woke up from the nightmare and started calling Touma crying about that.

... I can't stop looking at that, Mikoto's just too cute when she's crying.

(Makes me feel bad for wanting to see her cry ufufufufu but hey, she's cute while in that state so why not? ufufufufufufufufufufufufu...)

I thought that too. I bet a lot of these scans are drawn by different (but collaborating) artists, which explains the differences in design style.

Let me clarify things:

1. Mikoto asks in panic what Touma was planing to do with all those women.

2. Touma replies that they will be having a party on his house.

3. The arrow indicates "people who knows Kamijou-san's place"

4. Misaka tries to invite herself, but Touma shots her down by saying that his house can only fit seven people (I wonder if this particular one is not a pun involving those other seven people).

5. Index further adds that manners dictate that guests must bring food (I really went lol at this...)

6. Misaka wakes up and calls someone to cry about her nightmare (I have my doubts regarding whatever this is Touma or not, since in the dream Touma calls her "Misaka", while here is "Mikoto"). At first the person complains, but when he hears about the nightmare he readily says that he is going to where she is.

7. Misaka tells him not to come, but he answers back that "don't worry because Kamijou-san will not leave your side".



That aside for a moment, I was not aware that Kazakiri and Komoe-sensei knew where Touma lived. When was it that they ever went there?

Actually, compared to the other artists that work on that magazine, this is one of the few that actually draws a decent facial expression. Unfortunately, the diagonal background combined with the girl's poses simply screws with your sense of perception.

Well i think kanzaki knew cuz they had to track index down which was in front of toumas apartment. Komoe is the teacher so she can find his address

Anyone seems to notice, or is it just me, that fan artists seem to like to illustrate Mikoto crying? There has been a number of fan art where Mikoto is drawn crying again and again I suppose
