BsoD every hour...

I keep getting a blue screen...every hour. It saids that there is an unexpected STOP error relating to NDIS.sys and there is a physical memory dump. For some reason this happens at exactly + or - 5 mins every hour. I tried analyzing the dump file and all i got was :
(Alot of module load)
Could not get address of KiprocessorBlock
Finished re-loading kernel modules
KErnel Debugger connection established for C:\Winnt\Memort.dmp
Kernel Verion 2195 Free loaded @ ffffffff80400000
Bugcheck 000000d1 : 02163114 0000000002 000000000 f785cc5c
Stopped at an unexpected exception: code=80000003 addr=ffffffff804690f3.

I check the event viewer and under save dump's properties i got:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x02163114, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf785cc5c). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

I tried using google to solve the problem. (i'm running windows 2000 server SP4 P4 2.0 Ghz) In microsoft.com there is a article relating to this...
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;317475
Since it said that the problem was resolved at SP3 and i have SP4...i'm just plain confused...your help will be appreciated

The usual answers before proceeding directly to jail:

a) Virus
b) Incorrect driver or conflict
c) Un-plugged plug (=> check hardware)
d) You do not really have Win2k, but Win98. Perform a ritual suicide.

When in doubt, re-format your hard drive. God, don't you just love Windows??? [/sarcasm]

I am sorry but Reformating is a bit Radical aint it? I've always seemed to correct my problems without reformating.

In fact, I have formated my harddrive (after backing up some files) and the problem still occurs, though not as much. Now i get a Bsod every 4-5 hours.

I think the problem maybe the Netgear network adaptor so i reinstalled the driver, but to no avil...

Try downloading and burning a Knoppix CD. Knoppix is a Linux distrobution that can boot directly from the CD and it won't mess around with your hard drive at all so its completely safe. Try playing around with Knoppix for a while on your computer and see if anything bad happens. If something does, its likely that your computer has a hardware problem. If it doesn't, its a problem with Windows and you should piss on Bill Gates' face.

I'm not telling you to install/use another O/S, but I am giving you an O/S that will hopefully narrow down what the problem on your PC is.

Actually i've had this problem and it usually is the physical RAM that's the culprit. Or it's an actual broken ram slot on your motherboard, the later i've had the unfortunate time of experiencing.
