What? I just watched the first three episodes and almost liked it, I mean, that's how an eren-like character should be portrayed to avoid him being totally unbearable. Well, since he is likable he doesn't match that range.
This thing of the Rulers of the three kingdom made me laugh. And despite the MC I'm here for the Monarch of the Underboob, so what now with the delay? sigh.

Started watching the series, and i like this unusual art style. Most likely I started watching it since ufotable made it, but it looks promising, I like the story so far.
Did a little research and saw it that it is a psp game originally and it will have a remake to ps vita and ps4 scheduled at the end of October(most likely in Japanese first, then I hope they will translate it soon). Hesitating a bit to buy God eater burst(psp) for my vita since the remake has been announced but 10$ is not much really. And thinking that the English version will most likely take almost a year to come out i could finish the original game(s) by that time. I was a little sad that there was no episode this week.

I saw that & was so very pleased. I watched ep 1 on Daisuke & hated their subtitle font. I watched ep 2 on Hulu today and hated their subtitle font. Maybe I'll hold off on watching ep 3 until it hits CR which has subtitle fonts I can tolerate.
PS: The thread prefix has been updated.

Mm....Episode 4 aired today as scheduled.
CR doesn't have the episode up yet but Daisuki does. Anyways, it didn't really interest me much except for the part about the Aegis Project. The way it was being described seems to be a pivotal part for humanity's survival. Also, I wonder if Alisha can get along better with the others. She definitely isn't showing much teamwork on the battlefield.

More story driven than the previous, showing a bit of Kouta and his family and information the whole deal about the Aegis Project. And also was made clear that not everything inside Fenrir is nice, resources and space are limited so they can't simply shelter all the persons that reach the base in one way or another, sad but true.

Most likely Their space has its limit so they cant just let everyone in, as you can see slums pack with houses. Choosing useful people the best way when you are in limited space, just like how our real life works =(

Episode 4
Alisa needs to learn some teamwork. And Soma needs to talk more. And when he talks, he's so cold. Kota's first fight with the aragami goes well enough. No one gets hurt at least. We learn about the plan to supposedly shift all remaining humans on earth to one giant shelter on a similarly giant island. But all humans won't be shifted there. Just like those who have family members compatible with god arcs are only allowed in fenrir, it'll probably be the same at Aegis. And Lenka doesn't like it. Neither does Sakuya or Lindow, but this isn't in their hands. |

I don't think I like Alisa very much at this point in time.
It's one thing to not be very social. Soma already has that covered and he's fine. To be openly antagonistic in a team that's supposed to be working together is something else entirely. I don't like that. Of course all the waifu warriors will lynch me alive for saying this. I'll just hope she mellows out eventually. (please don't interpret this as an invitation to tell me that she will mellow out eventually, I don't want to know things that haven't happened yet, thank you very much) |

Alisa is the type of character that annoys me. Especially when she didn't bother helping because she already got her quota. Can't count on someone like that to watch your back.
I can't help but see so many death flags waving above Kota's head.

Although I can understand the concept that space is limited and only potential God Eaters are let through, but there is the possibility that some of the refugees possess other important traits. In particular, if the refugee is a good/genius scientist, researcher, engineer, or doctor. God Eaters are not the only required personnel. Soldiers are only a part of the solution.

Hope Alisa thaws out because right now she seems to assume she can do everything on her own despite being part of s team and doesn't try to help her teammates. Even Soma despite being anti social helps out.
People other than God Eaters can be useful too. I also wonder why they are so sure no Aragami will attack Aegis once it is complete.
