After all, OFA is all about bonds bringing about miracles. And they made a point to point out the glowing baby had 10m supporters...

I don't think we need another asspull, but I won't dismiss the idea. In fact, I think it's rather likely since Deku is in a pretty bad position right now.

Continuing from last time, AFO kills his brother, destroying almost his whole body..... leaving behind only a hand. It's also revealed that AFO gave his brother the name Yoichi because he was the first thing he received in this world (the kanji characters for "Yoichi" literally translates to something like "first given"). After murdering his sibling, AFO stares into Kudou's eyes, which are filled with tears.... yet, full of determination. However, AFO's eyes are simply blank, lacking even a reflection of his enemy....

Later (seems the rest of the Kudou encounter was skipped), AFO examines Yoichi's leftover hand, giving off some major Shigaraki vibes. He discovers that his brother's quirk is missing, which is an unprecedented phenomenon for him. He soon figures out that Yoichi's quirk must have passed on to someone else. Meanwhile, the future third OFA user (whose name is revealed to be Bruce) discovers Kudou is still alive! Upon examination, they find out that Kudou has two quirk factors in his body now.... his own, and Yoichi's. Kudou laments the fact that AFO is evil, as the power to give and bestow meta powers could have made him the kindest man in the world..... but as things are now, a new hope exists instead: The fact that Yoichi still lives on through One For All....

As the years pass, we see AFO's rise to power, as well as snippets of his battles with the previous OFA users..... leading up to his first fateful encounter with All Might. After he was defeated, the doctor stole his "corpse" from the morgue, and revived him! Back in the present, the villain mulls over the possibility of Bakugou being a descendant of Kudou's.... but deems that impossible. Because after killing the second OFA user, he went on to exterminate all of his relatives and anyone remotely connected to him. Plus, if they really were related by blood, he would have already realized it as far back as the Kamino battle. Upon taking one more look at the young hero, he finally figures out where the resemblance lies: The eyes. Bakugou is giving him the same stare that Kudou gave him so long ago! He then goes berserk, unleashing his full power and transforming into a gigantic Akira-style tumor monster! However, the cocky lad says there's no way the villain will win....!!!!

Bakugou has brief recollections of his past. Then, as he watches AFO charge toward him, he says he'll no longer stand in Izuku's way. He then shouts "burst".... which causes AFO to get blown up without touching the boy, stopping him in his tracks! Bakugou then reveals his tactic: Since the rain also affects his quirk, he "coated" his sweat drops with droplets of rain, and threw them in AFO's mouth earlier in the battle. He then waited for the right time to ignite them remotely! The enraged villain is about to attack again, but Bakugou shuts him up with a barrage of explosions, courtesy of his Howitzer Impact!

AFO feels that his quirk factor isn't working properly.... and it's not just because of the explosions. We see why: In the vestige world, he's finally reverted to a child. Furthermore, the vestige of Hawk's quirk got the other stolen quirks to rebel against their master! They conclude that Shigaraki ultimately led to his downfall. Back to the battle, Bakugou tells the villain that this is OUR story as he unleashes one final blast on him! As everyone bares witness to this incredible scene, the boy says he'd never have been able to accomplish this by himself. Yes, it seems it has finally happened: ALL FOR ONE HAS FALLEN....!!!!!!

If I had to make a prediction. I say Shigaraki is going to intervene and "betray" AFO by either killing him or absorbing him while retaining control.

AFO is still driven to reach Tomura. He still feels he has a chance at victory as long as does. He then says he needs his younger brother Yoichi. The only problem is..... he's an infant now. Plus, he's still facing Bakugou, who ridicules him once more. The baby AFO makes one last desperate attack on the young hero, but Kacchan easily blocks it, even in his weakened state. AFO starts throwing a tantrum as his age regresses even further! As he starts to vanish, the vestige Hawks says that All For One's death may result in all the stolen quirks being returned to their original owners..... but that would be wishful thinking. Finally, AFO transforms into a zygote, then vanishes from existence.

We cut to a brief flashback of a meeting between Deku, Bakugou, and some of the pros. Jeanist says that keeping SHigaraki contained at UA is a top priority. When asked why, he answers that it's because of he and AFO's difference in goals. AFO, at least, wants to rule. Shigaraki, however, merely craves destruction, making him far more dangerous and unpredictable, especially with his fully upgraded powers. Back in the present, we cut to Deku vs. Shigaraki. The villain says that at his current level, if he uses his Decay on the ground right now, he can destroy 378,000km of Japan's territory in a week's time! He also senses his master's death, and regrets not destroying Bakugou earlier. Deku, on the other hand, is more focused on their fight. He stopped using Blackwhip, and is using a Gear Shift+Fa Jin+Danger Sense combo, instead..... but suddenly, out of the blue, Shigaraki reaches out and touches his face! Deku instantly moves, destroying his enemy's fingers in the process. However, Banjo (5th user) gives him some grave news: Shinomori's (4th user) vestige is gone! Yes, this can only mean one thing: SHIGARAKI HAS STOLEN THE DANGER SENSE QUIRK....!!!!

Thinking about it, why are there even any vestiges left inside of AFO? Wasn't the entire reason he was stealing quirks en masse there because the rewind capsule would eat away at those before eating away at himself?

Also, this last bit of the chapter is stupid as hell and goes against everything that's been set up beforehand, but I feel like this kind of thing is to be expected at this point.

It's not unusual for shounen manga to shit the bed in their final arc, but man, MHA is doing it really hard. I've read a lot of shounen, and I think this is the worst final arc I've ever come across.

Long story short, despite Shigaraki stealing Danger Sense, it doesn't actually affect OFA's base power.... only the vestige's quirk factor. Thus, Deku can still fight! During the battle, Shigaraki mocks the boy for still seeing him as a "human" despite everything that's happened. And so, that's when the villain picks his next target: Mt. Fuji! Should he destroy the mountain, the volcano will erupt and cover all of Japan in liquid hot magma! Still, despite this situation, Deku is still confident that he can reach into whatever remaining humanity is left in Shigaraki....!!!!


And talk no jutsu coming in 3.... 2....

Oh, and 2 WEEK HOLIDAY BREAK!

Sheesh, and here I thought the one silver lining from AFO dying pathetically was that the whole "Shigaraki needs to be saved" plotline had been dropped... this is beyond stupid at this point.

I'll keep my fingers crossed but I better prepare myself for a disappointing ending. With All for one seemingly dead there doesn't seem room for Shigaraki to be at least redeemed through a last minute heroic sacrifice, he'll just be forgiven for everything because he had a sad backstory.
