I see what you mean. I suppose that we can only wait for some more clue/answer, for now. I just hope that the author will explain this soon or that at the very last will give us some information about his mother.( I'm really curious about his mother).

Got a question, is there NTR in the light novel? Someone on another forums says that they meet someone who can control contracts and forces an unwilling red head to have borderline sex with someone else. Is that true?

From what I read, Zolgear wanted to do that to Mio, but he failed because(dont know how)

He wanted to have sex with her but due to her power he could not. Since she is under the contract having sex with someone other than basara would break her. Her being broken could result in her power being lost forever and since they are after her for her power having sex is kind of a no no.

At the very least he had to wait for her power to be extracted first, then the raping could commence. If I recall correctly it was Zest who persuaded Zolgear to wait instead of violating Mio immediately.

I am not sure, but I think someone misunderstood his statement about "stopping after vol. 3" as "stopping now", though I may be wrong. Not to mention he already had the prologue TLed liked 3 months ago, so I doubt he would simply say something like "nope, I ain't givin' you even the things I have finished already, like the prologue, trolololo".
