Pricks.

Managed to save a [Kotobukiya] ToHeart2 - Kousaka Tamaki 1/6 figure yesterday from being thrown out or stashed away in the attic. An acquaintance of mine wanted to get rid of it, so I gladly took it off her hands
It's friggin huge, with 11inch (26cm+2cm base) this is the tallest figure I have - the onee-sama of all other figures

The latest figure-editions are definitely better, but I wanted a non-ero, properly dressed version of her.
Like many older Kotobukiya figures, her balance is way off so it was already leaning forward badly (almost in a 45angle, like so) because her top half is extremely heavy, and the original pose already had her leaning forward a bit. The figure even has steel rods in the legs, and one in the base, but it sure didn't help, it leans just below the rod's end. So I had to use the hot water - cold water treatment to get her standing again, and it worked for the time being...

Sadly her schoolbag got misplaced over the years, so I had to replace that with a different one.

She's currently facing the bookshelf's wall, I have to figure out how to keep her standing

I suddenly have suspicions about Tony Abbott's travel pattern.

Better than CharaAni's, but I'd want one with an angry expression

Finally, the last of the K-ON Girls arrived to me today in Nendo form. Only got the one photo taken with my iPhone.

I'm having so much trouble keeping Ritsu stood up though for some reason.

Well, the saga of figures has finally ended. Apparently, they've been at a local post office since the 6th. The mystery behind never receiving any notification about attempted delivery or the like was that the couriers had also tried to deliver a package for my mum, so the resultant slip left behind made it sound like BOTH were hers...

All's well now though. Rinko and Asuka are very welcome additions indeed.

aww the Mio figurine is cute. I don't really like the outfit Tsuruya is wearing I prefer her in her maid outfit.
