All the pics that have been posted by duotiga above you, so far, are all custom made and there's no official kit of those yet.

Knight Gundam, IMO, is popular enough, bar Japan maybe and I think it has a good chance of getting an MG since Shina Musha's got theirs.

Template? I think you meant the same scene... They're getting lazy and I feel like this is basically the 00 team's version of the UC universe...

It's been posted in the Episode 24 thread, but I was thinking of that exact same scene while watching it! There're other similarities as well, but I'm too lazy to get screencaps off 00 right now. Anyway, nike, I share your love for 00 as well, but you don't have to keep comparing 00 and AGE. They share similar designs, but they're very different. You can argue the same way for AGE and Unicorn, I remember seeing a few pictures back on the similarities between scenes in Flit's arc and Unicorn.

For the record, I think the picture on top is more visually pleasing--the colors just fit more.

The scene is only identical in the posing composition and presentation: a mech parrying two others beside it. The art and animation are completely different.

There's nothing wrong with the practice anyway. Many anime have scenes similar to one another - see the "Sunrise Sword Pose" seen in many anime, i.e. the mecha or character wielding a perspectively elongated sword, as seen below:



This does not make them lazy, nor does that mean that all of them reuse the same scene, as long as the art and animation they use is made from scratch.

Lazy is Gundam SEED/Destiny's stock footage, where they only change the appearance of the moving elements, and yet the manner of animation and scene composition are identical. They reused the exact same animation between three different mechs even: The Providence, Legend and Akatsuki.

This image from AGE is an inspired scene, not a rip off.

Those 2 scenes do not share the same digital animation cells, unlike destiny which did recycle the same basic cells.

-no, its not lazy. its just the same pose as others have pointed out already. as long as they made the scene from scratch im fine with it.
-why do you post this in a thread for models? take it to the thread for the show itself and stay on topic...

the age-2 normal and the double bullet combination looks really good. but i think they didnt make something like that because it IS a combination^^ two variations of the same gundam sell more models than just a single version of it ;D

the savior looks great in zeta colors! but then again, making a gundam look good by using the original gundam colors (white, yellow, red and blue) isnt exactly hard^^

i REALLY hope we will get a MG knight gundam! i LOVE that design! i hope the fact that we get a great version of the BB legend knight gundam with chrome plated parts is an indicator that they will make more of it.

those 2 green camera thing on the forehead really makes this kit look weird to me. it wasnt too bad when it was smaller on the HG but on this SD it kinda gives me the impression of an extra set of eyes..

makes sense though when its in waverider mode (no idea what its called so im going with the UC name for it XD) since the other pair of eyes is covered then.
it looks weird but i can live with it since it kinda makes sense^^

Didn't the scene from 00 also happened in episode 24?

That's a new technical setting they are presenting here, allowing the shoulder plates to open up. Presumly allows the spread of Mirage Collide particles.
