... it looks like the Marine is actually an extension of the World Government, which's ruled by the Five Elderly Stars. "Dai-Buddha" Zango is the supreme ruler, the Supreme Admiral of the Marine. Under him is Second-in-Command "Dai Tactician" Crane; and under these two are the three High Admirals: Aokiji, Rizaru and Akainu.

The Shichibukai was outlined first in chapter 69, volume 8; by Yosaku's imagination. Even though, I'd say it's just a "prototype" of the Shichibukai, since no one there looks like DoFlamingo. In the anime, I don't know for sure, it's in the beginning of the Arlong arc, maybe episode... 31, like Jn183-san said

The Black Beards were first outlined in chapter 133. In the anime, must be the beginning of the Drum Kingdom arc, episode... 78-79, I'd say
Now the Black Beards are outlined correctly, it's the "final" version of them, since...

Like I said before, this picture must be a "prototype" version of the Shichibukai. No one there looks like DoFlamingo... But one of them can perfectly be a woman... A woman as a kicking-ass pirate would be awesome Does your theory says that she's someone that already appeared in the series? Avlida is the only pirate woman we've seen so far...

That we can, nah my theory is about a woman Shichibukai and the Straw Hats. The one 2nd from the right seems to be one, but im starting to think this is a prototype too, but I think Oda has already planned out that atleast one woman will be a Shichibukai.

When explaining who Arlong is, Yosaku tells Luffy and Sanji that three superpowers exist at the Grand Line, one of them being the Shichibukai. Have either of the others been revealed?

That may be it, or not.
Actually, we can do nothing but speculate.
But I think Yosaku and Johnny meant the Three Greatest Powers in a pirate point of view, after all. Since the Shichibukai is an extension of the Marine, why would the Marine be another "greatest power"? It just doesn't make sense.

Yes, I would say that the Three Greatest Powers in the Grand Line are the Shichibukai, the White Beards and the Red Hairs. They are the most feared group of pirates in the whole world, after all.
Now, above them is the Marine. Aokiji, Rizaru and Akainu may be among the most feared people in the Grand Line too.

Once again, the anime production team changed the orders of events. Episode 100 covered chapters 163 and 164, with some parts cut out - which'll be shown when they reach Yuba.

Also, they skipped chapter 160, where...
