Hello all, just wanted to drop a greeting along with my $.02. I've always enjoyed reading your insights and comments regarding GE, being one of my favored series atm.

I guess you could say I'm rather neutral on the current topic; being that I believe Utsumi deserves any heartache he gets beyond this point, due to his own failure to let go. At the same time: I feel it's high time Yuki gets a taste of her own bad medicine, before she serves anymore up. Even as I say this, I'm a diehard Utsumi x Yuki fan so I hope there's brighter horizons.

Well I'm happy to be a card carrying member now; so I'll look forward to sharing my opinions, that is if you'll have them ';-)

i don't like Risa. Mei is too mature for him.

No doubt they're good reads (i've read them) but you cant really put them together in the same category.

Still they are better than GE/Knim soap opera. If I wanted some good romance I would re read Video Girl Ai/IS/Kimagure Orange Road or any of the finished series.
As it is now there is no new shounen romance which is even halfway decent (and I don't read shoujo because of art).

Kimagure Orange Road shouldnt even be mentioned in the same line as the likes of GE or KNIM. Back then they certainly could make a manga with plot and great characters, though art wasnt as great as now.

Well..I think that he is Tooru.
Considering that the "Tooru arc" will start soon, i can predict that something will happen between "Utsumi-Yuasa" and "Yuki-Tooru" (he will explain that he his "innocent" and he hasn't taped anything because the Yuki "sex-tape" incident was 100% his friends fault).

This is only my prediction, but everything seems to go into this direction

Whereas this manga has romance as it's main theme and comedy to go along with it (obviously with a bunch of drama at needed times)
It's a very good read and for me, it's 2nd in regards to single chapter length. Plenty of plot in a single chapter almost every time, only Bakuman has like 3times as much as everything else in a mere chapter.
Well Detective Conan is just a mass of wall and a small part of some case that could be summarized in a single anime episode each time, so it's just a long read

Oh ye, and don't ever mention KNIM in a thread that's about a fairly good manga, piece of shit should stay out of the good stuff's place

There's a new manga out by the author of Mx0 if you don't mind some supernatural comedy romance. Looks like it has potential.

And to recommend a fairly decent romance, watch the Nodame Cantabile anime. It's a Josei, but you'd never know. The art isn't the greatest, but at least it's not the freaky shoujo-looking stuff.

Worst end possible would be Utsumi ends up alone but "mature", Yuki with Touru, and Shou with Kento

Though if Utsumi gets together with Mei or Risa, it doesn't matter to me whether Yuki gets back together with Touru and Shou gets together with Kento, I would consider that a good end

If Shou and Yuki find happiness again with their ex's, then good for them, as long as Utsumi ends up with someone.
